New construction in Hof van Holland: Living in a modern and versatile environment

The new central area of the Waalsprong is in full development. While the first residents have already moved in, work is still underway to complete Hof van Holland. This will ultimately house almost 2,000 homes, ranging from owner-occupied to rental properties in various price ranges. This neighborhood will be a lively and complete residential area with a shopping center and other facilities such as a school, health center, sports hall and library.

We contribute to this development by providing 92 apartments and 33 homes with our prefab underfloor heating system. We use tacker plate for these homes, which ensures efficient and fast installation. This is how we create comfortable living conditions in this modern new-build neighborhood. With our underfloor heating systems we contribute to a warm and sustainable home for future residents of Hof van Holland. And all that at breakneck speed.
